BRACKNELL SWIMARIUM & GYM – TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES & GUIDELINES
These Bracknell Swimarium Terms, Conditions, Rules & Guidelines are designed to ensure that members have a safe & enjoyable experience.
1. Safety
1.1. Members must not use the gym while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquilizers, or any medication/substance that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
1.2. If a member appears unfit to use the facilities safely, staff reserve the right to ask them to leave.
2. Dress Code
2.1. Proper exercise attire and footwear must be always worn.
2.2. The following clothing is not permitted:
- Denim
- Boots
- Flip-flops/Sandals/Crocs
2.3. Maintain good personal hygiene. Use deodorant and wear clean training kit.
2.4 All members must wear a top while training. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.
3. Membership & Personal Details
3.1. it is your responsibility to ensure your contact details (postal address, email, and phone number) are kept up to date.
3.2. Bracknell Swimarium is not responsible for any missed communication due to outdated contact details.
4. Membership Fees & Conditions
4.1. Membership fees are fixed by Bracknell Swimarium and may be amended at any time with at least 30 days’ notice.
4.2. Bracknell Swimarium reserves the right to reject applications or refuse entry without providing a reason.
4.3. By joining, members agree to be bound by these Terms, Conditions, Rules & Guidelines.
4.4. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Changing, Cancelling, or Freezing Membership
5.1. All changes to membership including cancelling or freezing must be communicated in writing via email (verbal requests will not be accepted). info@bracknellswimarium.co.uk
5.2. Bracknell Swimarium has the right to refuse members with outstanding debts
6. Age & Supervision Policy
6.1. The minimum age to use the gym is 13 years old.
6.2. Members aged 13-16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult who is also a member (18+)
7. Health & Medical Conditions
7.1. If you are unsure about your health or physical condition, you must obtain medical clearance before exercising.
7.2. it is your responsibility to inform Bracknell Swimarium of any changes in medical status
8. Conduct & Facility Use
8.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
8.2. Lockers should be used for personal belongings. Items stored in lockers are at the owner's risk.
8.3. Bracknell Swimarium is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
8.4. The facility accepts no liability for accidents or injuries unless due to negligence by Bracknell Swimarium, its staff, or agents.
8.5. Vehicles, bicycles, and their contents are left at the owner's risk. Bracknell Swimarium is not liable for any damage or loss.
8.6. Lost property will be stored for one month, after which it will be disposed of.
8.7 Cars may not be left in the car park overnight.
8.8. Bracknell Swimarium reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

8.10. During festive periods, opening hours may change at the discretion of management.
9. Damage & Misconduct
9.1. Members who wilfully or negligently damage equipment or facilities will be liable for the cost of repair.
9.2. All members must treat staff with respect. Any abuse, rudeness, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other members will not be tolerated.
9.3. Disorderly, rude, or offensive behaviour may result in membership termination. The management’s decision on such matters is final.
9.4 Bracknell Swimarium reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
